Archbishop Conti will ordain Ross Campbell, Martin Kane and John Sweeney at 11.30 am
on Saturday 3 July in St. Mary's, Abercromby Street.
Let us pray for these young men as they ascend to the altar as priests of our Lord Jesus Christ. May every day they spend be for the glory of the Blessed Trinity and the salvation of souls. May our Mother Mary guard and protect them from all anxiety and bring about in them a greater love of Jesus, her Divine Son.
The ordination on Saturday went well and I'm sure that it was a great day of joy for these young men and their families. Three mothers have raised fine men who have accepted the call from the Master, which is wonderful and brings about rejoicing among the heavenly host. Let us remember these new priests of the true High Priest and their mothers who will continue to support and console them.
