Actually some Catholics, such as myself, actually like him too...even if he does cause me some occasional perplexity. He strikes me as a good shepherd who wants to embrace all with great love and sympathy. I once heard a couplet to the effect that "Charity is cold, bur not half as chilly as my brother Billy. He's dead. poor soul"
There is nothing cold about Pope Francis yet he exudes the warmth of Charity.
